Difficult terrain

Today was a tough day, but not without a humorous few moments. It started with someone pitching me a classic pyramid scheme for a full 40 minutes. It was cringe. And also funny! Entirely my fault for asking about side hustles here.

And then on to some tough work aligning people for a cause. A cause that may not seem ‘alignable‘ on to everyone, and nowhere near enough time to do it properly. But this is what we do as program managers - try to forge a path in difficult terrain.

There will be more tomorrow, of course, along with all the uncertainty and some more crystal gazing!
