Today, 22 years ago

I was not in the US 22 years ago today but like billions around the globe, I remember exactly where I was, what I was doing, even what I was wearing, when the news came out.

I knew this was going to change the world forever, and it did. 22 years later, people are still wondering - why? And I’ll admit, I still don’t understand. So much strife, misery, human suffering.

Today, thoughts are with those who lost their lives, those who lay down theirs trying to help, and those who felt left behind. May we all find peace.
